Mathias Woo and Edward Lam co-directed the second part East Wing West Wing - Reloaded in August 2003. It explored the meaning of democracy and responsibilities. Under the background of democracy rally on July 1st and Article 23 controversy, it enabled the people in Hong Kong to explore the present local political culture and democracy development.
